- AAMP Offers Sanitation SOP Training Kit for Small, Medium-sized Plants – To help American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) members and others set up a sanitation Standard Operating Procedure plan that is required by USDA’s HACCP regulation, AAMP is offering a two-part SOP training kit. The kit, which consists of a 30-minute video on plant sanitation and a loose-leaf manual and workbook, is available right now. The cost for “Standard Operating Procedures for Meat and Poultry Plants” (both the video and workbook) is only $79.00 for AAMP members and $99.00 for non-members, including shipping and handling.
